Alpine RockFest Partners with Sports-EntCo

Denver’s Sports-EntCo chosen for Public Relations, Sponsorship Procurement & US Television Distribution of Italy’s Alpine RockFest.

DENVER, COLO. (July 2, 2014) – Alpine RockFest announces a new partnership with Denver’s Sports and Entertainment Company LLC (Sports-EntCo).  Alpine RockFest is an annual event held at the Paganella Ski Resort in the Italian Dolomites. Alpine RockFest 2014 will take place in late December and will be the fifth event to date.

Alpine RockFest is an innovation of U.S. Men’s Alpine Ski Team former head coach Phil McNichol & Italian entrepreneur Marco Dallapiccola. “As a growing project, we are excited for the benefits Sports-EntCo can bring to the table for Alpine RockFest,” says McNichol.

Alpine RockFest combines sport with entertainment in a vivacious and lively atmosphere and draws worldwide attention to winter sports. With a $100,000 first prize, the event has achieved great success in only four years and attracts many of the world top alpine athletes to compete. Among those athletes are two-time World Cup champion and Olympic gold medalist Bode Miller, Olympic gold medalist Ted Ligety and Olympic gold medalist Aksel Lund Svindal. These three athletes alone have accumulated 4 gold, 4 silver, and 3 bronze metals in the Olympics, and 15 World Championship medals.

The Alpine RockFest airs live on Eurosport as well as on many national television networks across the globe, including RAI in Italy.
